Fantastic stay! Loved the spa, location, and parking garage. Breakfast area could use some improvement, but hey, who needs windows or privacy? And fresh cooking? Who needs that? Keep up the good work!

The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from, including the option to order fresh omelets and pancakes. The location of the hotel was convenient and the staff at the spa provided top-notch service during our massage treatments.

The spa facilities felt a bit outdated and lacked a luxurious atmosphere. The reception experience was not as welcoming as expected, and it felt impersonal and cold.

we had an absolutely amazing stay at le clervaux boutique. the suite was spacious, beds were super comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the location was perfect for exploring the walking trails nearby. overall, a 5-star treatment that exceeded our expectations.

I had such an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the village. It was so convenient to be able to access all the walking trails by foot. The room I stayed in was absolutely stunning. The design was top-notch and the bathroom was incredibly spacious and comfortable. I felt like I could have spent all day in the amazing bathtub! The hotel also provided complimentary water and fruit in the room, which was a nice touch. the level of comfort and luxury provided by this place was truly outstanding.

This hotel has an excellent location for those who want to be close to the center of the city. Many visitors can enjoy the convenience of being right in the heart of the action. each room is immaculately maintained, providing a clean space to relax in after a long day out. The breakfast is nothing short of wonderful, with a wide range of dishes to choose from.

While the hotel itself is great, some guests have complained about noise insulation being poor in the top floor duplex suites.

Nothing everything was great.

The beds were absolutely mind-blowing, providing the most comfortable sleep ever. Any minor issues we had were immediately corrected, thanks to the super helpful reception staff. The room was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The dinner at the restaurant was jaw-droppingly tasty, and breakfast was super satisfying. The swimming pool was cool and refreshing, and we loved the wide selection of lovely teas in the spa relaxation room. The suite was generously sized and had a cool decor. The bathroom's shower room was top-notch. The location was great, allowing us to enjoy the night-time view of the lit-up castle. The restaurant was good and the staff were lovely. we were treated like VIPs and had an extraordinary 5-star experience.

Spent Xmas with family and friends. The room was cozy, clean and well furnished. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to the nearby town. The staff was friendly and offered helpful recommendations for nearby activities. the hotel’s proximity to the majestic castle was a plus.

The hotel lacked air conditioning which made the temperature in our room uncomfortable at times. The wifi was slow and inconsistent in some areas of the hotel.

Fantastic Easter experience! the chocolate Easter eggs were a big hit and the Easter brunch was delicious. the location in the heart of the Ardennes forest made for a picturesque and peaceful getaway. the spa was also a lovely addition to the stay, offering massages and a relaxing ambiance.

The room's air conditioning didn't work properly and the temperature was very warm. the noise from the bar outside the hotel was also disruptive at times.

From the mind-blowing breakfast to the super clean and spacious room with a jaw-droppingly huge bed, our stay at this ultra-modern boutique hotel was absolutely amazing. The Nespresso coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, and the fast checkout process was convenient. We loved dropping our room cards in the cool box by the elevator. The suites were stylish and came with a massive bathroom that had a jacuzzi bath and a TV! The pool was clean and perfect for swimming, and the spa area looked great. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of high-quality options, including sparkling wine. this hotel was a total win.
